Ebooks and audiobooks

Digital books are delivered immediately by BookFunnel. Within a few minutes of checkout you will get an email with a download link. From there you can read or listen in the BookFunnel app, in your browser, or send the file to the app or device you already use.

If the email has not arrived within about fifteen minutes, check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there, email abby@abbyjreed.com with the address you used at checkout and we will resend it.

Your download link does not expire, and BookFunnel offers free help getting a book onto any device.

Paperbacks

Paperbacks are printed to order rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf. That means one extra step before a book ships, and it means a book is never out of stock.

Expect roughly three to five business days for printing, plus transit time. You will get a confirmation with tracking when the book leaves the printer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the option you choose.

Bundles

Bundles arrive in two pieces. The ebook arrives right away so you can start reading, and the paperback follows once it has been printed. You do not need to wait for one to get the other.

Where we ship

We currently ship physical books within the United States only. Ebooks and audiobooks are available anywhere in the world.

Lost, late, or damaged

If tracking has not moved in more than ten business days, or the book arrives damaged, email abby@abbyjreed.com with your order number and we will replace it.
