These terms cover your use of shop.abbyjreed.com, operated by Polaris Creations. By placing an order you agree to them.

What you are buying

When you buy an ebook or audiobook you are buying a personal, non-transferable licence to read or listen to it, not ownership of the work itself. You may keep copies on your own devices and re-download your purchase whenever you like.

Please do not upload the files to file-sharing sites, sell or give away copies, or strip identifying information from them. The audiobooks are offered as DRM-free MP3 files because that is friendlier to listeners who want to use their own app; that trust is the reason they are offered that way.

Paperbacks are yours outright, and you may lend, resell, or give away your physical copy as you please.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is taken at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that were placed against an obvious pricing error.

Accuracy

We try to describe every book accurately, including page counts, formats and what is in each bundle. If something here is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

Your email address

You are responsible for the email address you give at checkout, since that is where digital books are delivered. A mistyped address is the most common reason a book does not arrive; email us and we will resend it.

Returns

Refunds and replacements are covered in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

The store and the books are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Polaris Creations is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or the books. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
